stressed again

i feel stressed again....now i know what its like to have my life turned upside down <-- This term realli describes perfectly how i feel.

i seem to haf lost control of most things and probably i feel i m getting from bad to worse. Things are starting to worry me. My job, my grades, my family. I'm scared.

i wish this week would be faster gone and done with. haiz.

back from the dental visit~

haha..i'm back ..but with cleaner teeth and healthier gums(i hope so).

the visit was daunting..but its was not as horrible as i expect.

so i conclude my pain tolerance was not so low after all xD.

had another filling done and some scaling/polishing.

its actually kinda shiok to see your mouth shining bright again.

hmm.next visit in Dec, i aim to challenge myself to the dentist near my house. i hear she was a 魔王, ppl say her scaling skills was 'superb'.

now is studying time again...hehe

yeah i mean it, i tink i m too excited/scared/nervous about/of dentists.

juz cant find my way back to sleeeeeep.

i think its time to maintain proper dental hygiene b4 you really regret...

today eat kfc..munch munch..*sometink gone* ->part of my tooth..

oh man.-_- i realli hate dat...have already made an appointment with the dentist on Saturday. I really hope i dont need to pull out dat tooth. 

Did some research, not all people have complete set of teeth..some extracted for all kinds of reason..decay...accident...wisdom..

later its shopping time for a new toothbrush(mine battery died) and mouthwash.
